Stefanie Gajdecki founded Hemera Growth Group with a clear mission: to help companies unlock sustainable growth through strategy, marketing, and operational clarity. Drawing on more than a decade of consulting and leadership experience, Stefanie brings both vision and hands-on execution to every client engagement.

Before launching Hemera, Stefanie worked as a Senior Business Consultant at the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC), where she partnered with over 100 Canadian entrepreneurs to accelerate growth, modernize operations, and scale strategically. Her work spanned diverse industries, from emerging tech firms to established service businesses, giving her a sharp understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing leaders at every stage of growth.

With professional roots in both marketing agencies and client-side leadership roles, Stefanie offers a unique perspective that bridges strategy and execution. She has led transformations in brand positioning, sales enablement, digital adoption, and operational efficiency—always with a focus on measurable results. Clients trust her to cut through complexity, identify what truly moves the needle, and set a course for long-term success.

At Hemera Growth Group, Stefanie partners directly with CEOs, founders, and leadership teams who want to grow with intention. She thrives on creating clarity out of uncertainty, aligning teams around priorities, and building systems that make growth predictable and repeatable. She builds teams that are passionate about supporting growth objectives pairing experts across different disciplines based on the needs of the client.

Outside of her client work, Stefanie is committed to teaching and mentoring the next generation of business leaders, sharing practical insights from her consulting practice with students in marketing, business, and digital strategy. She is a sessional instuctor at the UBC Sauder School of Business, Continuing Business Studies Digital Marketing Analytics Certificate program, and at BCIT in the School of Business + Media Flexible Learning programs, as well as a mentor for the Peter Louheed Leadership College at the University of Alberta.
